Shipping 

All prices exclude GST and shipping.  When you checkout you will be given a final shipping total. 

White Glove Delivery Service:

We use a white glove delivery service that features specialty trained and equiped drivers for the safe delivery of even the most delicate items. This can include delivery outside of normal business hours at a time that is convenient to you. The driver will unpack your order and take away the rubbish for you.

Order Processing:

Our aim is to process & despatch the majority of orders received during business hours on the day of receipt. Orders received after 1400 hrs local time will usually be despatched the following business day.

Typical delivery times will vary depending on destination and the order. 

Orders placed online over the weekend will be despatched Mondays (excluding public holidays).

Tax Invoices and Declared Values:

All of our shipments include a tax invoice. We represent all of our products as merchandise and the declared value for each item will be the exact price that you paid for it.

Customer Collection:

Customer collection from Sydney and Perth is acceptable but by prior arrangement only as this allows our team time to pack your order. You should select 'click & collect at checkout' or contact us following your purchase if you want to arrange to collect your items. If you have a need for your items by a specific time or date, please contact us prior to purchasing the item/s to confirm that you can collect by your required date/time.

 

Returns

All products sold by Regency Distribution are brand new. We do not sell ANY second hand goods.

We offer a standard 12 month warranty on all products, unless otherwise specified within the listing. 

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PHYSICAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF TIME OR INCONVENIENCE RESULTING FROM THE FAILURE OF ANY ITEMS.

Return Exchange Policy:
We will issue an exchange if your item is received defective or the incorrect item was shipped. If we do not have the item in stock we will credit you back the amount of the item. The driver will ask you to 'sign off' on acceptance of the goods at the time of delivery. If you wish to make a return claim after 'sign off' you must photograph the item and notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We may at our discretion accept returns where the product is no longer required, however the return shipping on 'change of mind' returns is the responsibility of the customer.

How Returns / Exchanges Work:
Return Exchange Items MUST be in the same condition as they were received. In the event that an item was sent incorrectly, or was faulty, we will send a replacement immediately at our cost.

Return Procedure:
To return items please call 08 6180 3610 and email the images to sales@regencydistribution.com.au with your full name, item name, and e-mail address that you placed your order with and we will endevour to respond to you within 2 working hours. If the return is accepted we will organise a courier to collect the order at a time that is convenient to you.
